Fill Out the Intake Form (Live)

For live sessions, fill out the intake form — name, service, date of birth. Then pick a time from Dalena's Google Calendar. Available Monday–Friday 4pm–12am PT, Saturday 12pm–8pm PT.

For live: connect at your session time via Zoom or phone. For async: receive Dalena's written reading by email within 24–48 hours after purchase.
